At Elk Lawn Care Solutions, we’re all about keeping your lawn looking sharp and making your life easy. Here’s the rundown on how we roll with scheduling, cancellations, payments, safety, and more. We keep it real, so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Scheduling
We work with you to set up a mowing, maintenance, or landscaping schedule that fits your life—weekly, biweekly, or one-time jobs. You can book through our website, give us a call, or shoot us a text. We’ll confirm your slot within 24 hours. Peak seasons (spring and summer) fill up fast, so book early to avoid getting stuck in the weeds. Need a last-minute job? We’ll do our damndest to squeeze you in, but no promises if we’re slammed.

2. Cancellations
Life happens, and we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, give us at least 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll move things around, no sweat. Less than 48 hours? We might charge a 25% fee to cover our crew’s time and fuel. No-shows without any heads-up get hit with a full-service fee—don’t be that guy. Weather’s a bitch sometimes, so if rain or storms mess with our plans, we’ll reach out to reschedule ASAP, no charge.

3. Payments
We’re upfront about costs—your quote is what you pay, no hidden bullshit. Invoices go out after each service (or monthly for recurring clients). You can pay via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, credit card, bank transfer, or cash (no checks, sorry). Payment’s due when services are rendered, unless we’ve got a different deal worked out. Late payments get a 5% fee after 10 days, and we might pause service if things stay unpaid. Recurring clients can set up auto-pay to keep shit simple.

4. Safety
Safety’s non-negotiable. Our crew’s trained to handle equipment like pros—no half-assing it. We follow OSHA guidelines, wear proper gear, and keep our tools in top shape to avoid accidents. Your property’s safe with us too—we scope out hazards (like sprinklers or pet toys) before starting. Got pets or kids? Let us know, and we’ll coordinate to keep everyone out of harm’s way. If we spot something sketchy (like a busted fence), we’ll flag it for you.

5. Quality Guarantee
We don’t mess around with half-done jobs. If you’re not stoked with our work, tell us within 48 hours, and we’ll come back to fix it, free. Our goal’s a lawn you’re proud of, every time. That said, we’re not miracle workers—if your lawn’s been neglected for years, it might take a few visits to get it pristine. We’ll lay out a plan and keep you in the loop.

6. Property Access & Communication
We need clear access to your yard—gates unlocked, cars moved, and dog poop scooped (seriously, help us out). If we can’t get in, we’ll try to reach you, but it might count as a no-show. We’ll text or call before showing up, and we’re always a quick message away if you’ve got questions or need to change shit up.

7. Environmental Responsibility
We’re not just about pretty lawns; we give a damn about the planet. We use eco-friendly products when possible, recycle clippings (unless you want ‘em left), and follow local regs for chemical use. Got specific green preferences? Let us know, and we’ll work with you.

8. Damages & Liability
We’re careful, but accidents can happen. If we damage your property (like a sprinkler head), we’ll fix or replace it at our cost, no hassle. Report any issues within 24 hours so we can make it right. We’re fully insured, so you’re covered. That said, we’re not liable for pre-existing issues or damage from stuff outside our control (like your neighbor’s rogue weed-whacker).

9. Service Area & Availability
We serve the greater Elk City area. If you’re outside our zone, hit us up anyway—we might make it work for a small travel fee. We operate Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 (8:00am - 5:00pm), weather permitting. Saturdays strictly by appointment only. Emergency or off-hours services? Talk to us, but expect a premium.
